To inspire and encourage you to learn, grown and connect--to yourself and to others, using books as a tool to facilitate that connection.
Here's the TRUTH: Your growth isn't going to come from reading more books or taking more classes. It comes from putting those ideas and learning into ACTION. It's not about reading more, or faster, but about reading DEEPER. If you don't integrate and implement what you read and learn, why read? Why learn?
After spending 8 years coaching individuals, I now create, facilitate, and animate learning communities, whereby we can all learn and grow with and from each other, using books as our backdrop. It proves to be a fabulous blend of my first career in education and educational leadership, with my last 8 years of coaching.
I am currently serving individuals and companies with four models of support.
The EMERGE BOOK CIRCLE is a "Pay From the Heart" community for both men and women who love personal growth books and want to connect with others as we learn and grow.
The EMERGE LEADERSHIP BOOK CIRCLE is for individual professionals who want to engage in cross-company and cross-cultural conversations to help improve their ability to learn and lead by putting the ideas into action.
The ANTIRACISM + ALLYSHIP BOOK CIRCLE is a co-facilitated group that sprang up in the aftermath of George Floyd's death, and is a small group of people who want to educate themselves and uncover blind spots around race and racism around the world.
CUSTOM LEADERSHIP BOOK CIRCLES allow leaders and/or teams to step back from the day-to-day running of business, get a bird's eye view, and see where incremental changes can be made for the betterment of the employees, the customers, and even the share holders. This model creates a different kind of interaction and engagement, whereby each circle member can be a leader for change.
Reading alone can be lonely...but reading together builds connections we couldn't have dreamed of.
Not up for the one of the circles, but want to stay in the loop. When you join the mailing list you access my "11 Habits of Highly Effective Learners" guide, as well as access to a range of author/expert dialogues.
