I designed the Self-Work Program to help you get more out of your personal-growth reading so that you could do it on your own time, and without breaking the bank.
You could think of the Self-Work Program as the gym for your books. Many people join a gym because they don't have the tools or equipment necessary to do the same kind of "heavy lifting" at home, so they pay a monthly fee so that someone else can provide it for them.
The Self-Work Program is the same. I compile different tools and exercises together for you, so that you can do your own "heavy lifting" when it comes to your personal growth reading. Instead of doing lots of reps (reading lots of books), you can step up the effort and do less reps with heavier weights (read less books, but get into more action for each book.)
You could also think of the Self-Work Program like a class. You sign up for a class to learn, and the teacher or professor gives you homework. It's similar here, but there are no tests, no grades, and you always get to decide to do the homework or not.
For each book there is between 15 and 20 different exercises or tasks to complete on your own.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email me.
Please note: The self-work program was not created in collaboration or affiliation with the authors.
