How would it feel to be free from your stressful thoughts? What could life be like if you could quickly move through your negative feelings?
That is exactly what we are here for.
Join me and guest Hanae Kiyooka, as she facilitates us to experience The Work of Byron Katie; a framework for us to question and turn around some of our strongest judgments and deepest beliefs, about ourselves and others.
Over the course of 90 minutes, Hanae will: 1) Introduce herself and how she came upon The Work 2) Lead us through a Popcorn Inquiry 3) Facilitate volunteers in The Work one-to-one 4) Lead a debrief and Q&A
Theresa is the founder of the Emerge Book Circle, where she combines her careers of teaching and life coaching to help women connect more deeply with their personal growth reading and each other. With community, consistency, and coaching, the members of the book circle can't help by create transformation in their lives.
Your Guest: Hanae Kiyooka
In 2008, Hanae read Byron Katie’s book, Loving What Is, and a window of light opened up inside of her. Despite what on the outside looked like a "successful life" she found herself unhappy. Her main occupation, in addition to inquiring into her crazy mind, is facilitating her daughters’ homeschooling education experience. She has experience inquiring into all aspects of her life including topics such as: co-dependent relationships, marriage, parenting, sex, elder care, creativity, education, death.
